    6月29日，亞投行意向創始成員國共同簽署了《亞投行協定》。協定規定了亞投行運行規則和議事章程等。此前，包括美國在內的一些國家，對亞投行的管理結構表達了擔憂，認為其將使中國擁有獨權。亞投行投票權的分配完全踐行了國際通行原則，世界貨幣基金組織、世界銀行以及其他國際金融機構都遵循這樣的原則，亞投行也是如此。
